Kos Kos Dried Jackfruit Curry

Ingredients:

- 60 grams of Kos Kos dried jackfruit

- 1 teaspoon of salt (adjust to taste)

- 2 tablespoons of oil

- 1 cup of coconut milk


Instructions:

1. Boil the Kos Kos dried jackfruit in warm water for about 06 minutes to rehydrate. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions spice mix in the packet.

3. Add the Kos Kos turmeric powder and salt. Stir well to combine the spices with the mixture.

4. Add the rehydrated dried jackfruit to the pan and mix it with the spice mixture.

5. Pour in the coconut milk and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

6. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, or until the dried jackfruit becomes tender and absorbs the flavors.

7. Stir occasionally and adjust the seasoning if needed.

8. Once the curry is cooked and the desired consistency is reached, remove it from the heat.

9. Serve the Kos Kos dried jackfruit curry with steamed rice or bread of your choice.
